Simply put, our royalty free music is music that you buy a one-time (lifetime) license to use the music as many times as you want. There are no ongoing royalty obligations after you purchase the license.

The music you are purchasing is Background Music: We term background music, as music that is synchronized with another media and is not presented 'stand alone' as a piece of music.

• You are not allowed to re-distribute our music or sell our music without been synchronized to other media (e.g. flash animation or video)
• You cannot use our music for mobile/cell phone ringtones

You are not allowed to sell our music as your own. This includes remixing, adding your own instrumentation and adding vocals then selling it as your or anyone else production.

• You cannot copy or re-record our music and credit it to yourself in any way shape or form on any form of media.
• Only the original purchaser can use the music.
